Shri Muthukrishnan S. is B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) from IIT, Mumbai and M.Tech. (Energy Studies) for IIT, New Delhi.Shri Muthukrishnan S. is IAS officer of Maharashtra Cadre of year 2003 Batch. He has held number of positions in his career spanning 20 years. Prior to joining Department of Atomic Energyas Joint Secretary (Finance), he was an internal Financial Advisor (IFA), Heavy Water Board, Department of Atomic Energy and Director (Finance) & CFO of NPCIL.
